Advising on the construction contract for Väike-Ameerika 19 accommodation building

Pille Pettai-Stasiulis, partner and attorney-at-law at LEVIN Law Firm, advised its client Stay Larsen OÜ on the conclusion of a construction contract for the reconstruction and expansion of the historic building at Väike-Ameerika 19, Tallinn.
The accommodation building, located in the Uus Maailm district, will be completed by autumn 2026. In the course of the reconstruction, the historical architecture of the building from 1954 will be preserved, with the addition of functionality that meets today's requirements and needs. A total of nearly 4000 square metres of space will be built and the renovated accommodation building will have 153 rooms. Rooms with a spacious balcony and city views are planned for the attic.
Larsen is one of the largest accommodation companies in Estonia, offering services to both short-term and so-called extended stay customers.
