In his work, Joonas focuses on civil and administrative law disputes, foremost on questions surrounding data protection and contractual disputes. Joonas in highly proficient in the English language, which makes his work on disputes with international elements faster and more efficient.
Joonas obtained his M.A. in IT Law at the University of Tartu school of law. Before joining Levin Law he interned at two other law firms, has taken part of the Willem C. Vis international commercial arbitration moot competition as a member of the team representing the University of Tartu. Joonas also has experience with startups – his duo team won the 2016. spring business idea pitching competition Kaleidoskoop, which focused on student startups.
