Attorneys-at-law of Law Office GLIKMAN ALVIN, Leon Glikman and Paul Keres advised Kredex Krediidikindlustus AS in court matter in which AS Windoor filed an action to Harju County Court to receive an insurance indemnity in the sum of 13,8 million euros.

County Court agreed with Kredex Krediidikindlustus that the claim is not founded. For Kredex Krediidikindlustus it was the first court matter, where the policy holder inclined the insurer by providing false information to provide export security.

County Court confirmed that cancelling the insurance contract because of fraud on such exceptional circumstances is reasoned.
